Krakowianka Restaurant in Bennett Springs is looking for a Head Cook with great organisational skills and a passion for preparing and cooking European cuisine.

We operate 3 days a week Friday to Sunday for lunch and dinners.

The position is part time with negotiable hours over the weekend service and midweek preparation.

You will be working with other kitchen/wait staff to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen/restaurant.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:
• Preparing & cooking meals (lunch/dinner)
• Delegating duties to kitchen/wait staff on duty and working with them to prepare, cook and serve meals to provide an excellent customer experience
• Ensuring the kitchen area is kept clean and tidy
• Working closely with kitchen cook to ensure ordering of cooking supplies in accordance with the restaurant menu
