Generally, there are two types of memberships open to people who would like to join the Club: Ordinary Membership and Associate Membership.

Ordinary Membership:

Ordinary Member of the Club means a financial member over the age of 18 who is entitled to exercise every rights and privileges open to any member of the Club and is the only member entitled to speak and vote at the General Meeting of the Club, and be elected to the membership of the Committee. Ordinary membership of the Club is open to any person who agrees with its rules, wishes to join the Club and wants to actively and continuously promote its objects by substantial contributions (...)
A person who whishes to become an ordinary member shall apply for membership to the Committee in writing in such form as the Committee from time to time directs. Such application must be signed by an applicant and by two proposes - both being ordinary members (...)
The annual subscription (for each financial year or any part of it) to the Club of an ordinary member is $44 (inc GST). 

Associate Membership:

Associate Member of the Club means a financial member other than ordinary member. Associate membership is open to anyone who agrees with objects and activities of the Club. Associate member is entitled to exercise such privileges of the Club as may be provided by the Rules, except they shall not be entitled to speak and vote at any General Meeting of the Club or be elected to be the membership of the Committee.
A person who wishes to become an associate member should apply for associate membership in writing. (See info about an application forms above) The cost of an annual membership for an associate member is $22 (inc. GST). No nomination fee is required.
Any person joining the Club in the last quarter of the financial year (April - June) will receive an automatic discount and their fee will be honoured as a full payment towards the membership in the next financial year.
The Committee will consider each application for membership at a Committee meeting and shall accept or reject that application
