The Cracovia Club (Inc.) is a community focused organization that works with people of all ages including seniors and young children for the benefit of all its members. Cracovia has been founded in 1950 as a Polish Soccer Club, but over the years it has evolved into a very strong community centre that provides recreational, cultural and sporting opportunities not only for the Polish, but also the local community of Beechboro and neighboring suburbs. The membership to the club is not restricted to persons of Polish descent and can be obtained by anyone who agrees to the Club’s Constitution.
We encourage other ethnic and community groups to make use of our equipment and facilities.
The unique plan implemented by the club’s committee allows people of different cultural background and age groups to participate in many of recreational activities proposed by the club such as: Junior soccer league - Social soccer league - Senior Citizen club – Bingo - Line dance group - Jive dance group - Polish folk dance group – Pool Table, Bridge and Chess competitions - Polish youth theatre group - Saturday night dances, formal balls, discotheques... - Karaoke, quiz nights and other social events. |
